Debra K. Baylinson
President, Founder

Debra started The Cole Preston Foundation to honor and carry on the work of her son, Cole Mickley Preston, who was taken from us on June 24, 2015. Cole wanted everyone to experience the benefits of nature and healthy living – a vision shared by Debra. A successful businesswoman in her own right, Debra now devotes much of her time and energy to this shared goal of encouraging others to making a difference in our community. Her love of gardening, along with her high-energy, and positive outlook makes her an influential and powerful force in the war against hunger. You can find Debra working hard on the farm, donning her tie-dye tee, along with our signature logo gardening hat.

Marci Dunnder
Executive Director

Prior to joining The Cole Preston Foundation, Marci worked for 30 years, as president of a leading health food manufacturer. Joining that company during its infancy, she played a key role in its successful growth – from a small business of 70 employees to a global manufacturer and distributor with over 500 employees and 700 products. Marci is pleased to bring her leadership skills to the non-profit sector. Her life-long passion for promoting natural, healthy and organic living made her a natural choice for The Cole Preston Foundation. As Executive Director, Marci’s responsibilities include business development, marketing, procurement, partnerships, fund-raising and day-to- day management of the foundation. In her spare time, Marci may be seen at the newest vegan restaurant, or walking the beach with Suki, her pint-sized Goldendoodle.
